Krista Leben, self-taught baker and founder of Sift, will walk you through how to make multiple cookies from one versatile and easy-to-make base dough.

During this hands-on class, attendees will learn how to make the perfect base dough, explore the many variations that can be made by adding different ingredients, and get hands-on experience customizing their own cookies.

Attendees will come away with the knowledge and skills to make a variety of cookies this holiday season (and throughout the year), and take home dough and recipes to get them started.
